The Vernon Performing Arts Festival is a chance for young performers to play, sing, or dance in front of a real audience.
The society was founded in September 2024. The inaugural festival ran April 27 to May 4, 2025.
Adjudication is part of the festival. [SOURCE NEEDED: how performers are selected for the Gala] The Gala is held at Trinity United Church.

Donor and sponsor support funds the festival's full operating costs, which lets entry fees stay low so any young performer who wants to enter can enter. Sponsorship tiers run from $25 enthusiast to $2,000+ platinum. Donations are not currently tax-deductible.
